All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and are within normal business hours.
Out in the Sticks Design Co. cannot guarantee fast shipping as some variables are outside of our control. If you have questions please contact outinthesticksdesignco@outlook.com directly.

All orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS depending on the speed chosen at checkout and the weight of the parcel.

Nope! All orders include a packing slip which only lists what is supposed to be packed, this never includes prices.
**Out in the Sticks Design Co. does not include insurance for any orders, please leave a note in the comment section at checkout to pay the extra fees associated with shipping insurance. Email Hailey at outinthesticksdesignco@outlook.com to pay shipping insurance fees.

Not at this time. Out in the Sticks Design Co. only ships within the United States. If you are outside of the United States, please email outinthesticksdesignco@outlook.com to inquire about shipping. We do offer local pickup at our storefront to save on shipping fees.

When a customer selects store pick up, they will be picking up from our storefront at the following address:
130 E. Main Street, Lewiston, Minnesota 55952
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up and you must coordinate a pickup time.

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order you will be subject to a restocking fee (this covers all credit card processing fees. Please note, items on clearance or marked as is are final sale. You cannot exchange or return these items.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days with a receipt of proof of purchase for store credit.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Item must be returned with tags still attached, unused, odor-free and undamaged for a full return or store credit. Out in the Sticks reserves the right to refuse return if an item does not meet these requirements.

Our store front is located on Main Street in Lewiston, Minnesota, and we are pleased to serve customers from near and far! We are very close to areas in Minnesota including St. Charles, Stockton, Winona, and Utica as well as areas in west Wisconsin, including La Crosse, Onalaska, Eau Claire, Arcadia, and Galesville. We are open Wednesday-Saturday and are always getting new products in! We’d love to see you there!
